New subdivisions are future neighbourhoods. Our skills are often employed to shape the format of development to ensure that residential areas provide heightened amenity and convenience to the people who choose to live there. Many property investors appreciate that developments that offer an appealing neighbourhood, with safe streets, good connections to local schools and parks and a sense of being relevant to their local setting, will command higher values and enhanced sales.

We are commonly involved in subdivision projects in sensitive settings where particular care is needed to avoid adverse effects and to conserve the characteristics that make those places special. Through our design process there is often an opportunity to  strengthen the landscape of a site whilst also bringing change to that landscape, adding value in two senses of the word.
